Every 3 years, CVMC is instructed to conduct a Community Health Needs Assessment. This is to help ensure the area that is being served by CVMC is getting the correct health resources they believe to deem important. It guides CVMC in what to focus on bringing to the community and mainly helps improve the overall health of those within the community. Please take a moment to let your voice be heard and answer these ten questions about the heath of your community.
