Comprehensive Care for Patients & Their Loved Ones
Deciding to admit a patient to hospice care is an emotional experience
for patients and their families. Attending to a patient’s physical
needs is only half the battle, we also provides emotional and spiritual
counseling 24 hours a day. Bereavement services are offered to the patient’s
loved ones for up to 13 months following the patient’s death.
Patient care is coordinated by a skilled physician who organizes pain management,
symptom management, counseling, and other services to help patient enjoy
the highest quality of life. We admit hospice patients based on a referral
from their primary care physician and confirmation that they have decided
to focus on comfort care rather than curative care.
